    We have years of experience of providing homes and services for those over 55. Many of our staff have been with us for over 10 years and are committed to delivering an outstanding service.     Our people

    Our staff are dedicated to delivering the best possible service for you. They are chosen through an extensive recruitment process, and assessed against a key set of skills which ensure they are suitable for the post they are applying for. Applicants are asked to demonstrate that they have an understanding of our core values . Once selected for the role, every new member of staff goes through an intensive induction programme in addition they have regular reviews to ensure they are working to the exceptional standards that we expect from our staff.

    Finding the right home for you

    Whatever your reason for choosing to move we have a range of types and styles of development to suit your needs. One of our specialist staff will be on hand to help you find the perfect property in the right location. They will guide you through the process of applying for a property, can meet you at your chosen property to show you the apartment and facilities, and will give you advice and support on the practicalities of moving.

    Settling in to your new home

    We want you to make your home your own, which is why we welcome you to bring your favourite furniture with you. You can take the opportunity to make changes to your apartment such as decorating and your pet is also welcome to join you.* We’re here for you even after you have moved in and one of our friendly members of staff will visit you within a week of your move to check everything is going well. Our dedicated Development Manager will be on hand to ensure the smooth running of the development so you can relax and enjoy your new home.

    * You may keep small caged birds (not pigeons), small caged animals (such as rabbits or guinea pigs) or a small aquarium. You may keep one dog and one cat if the access to your home is not by a shared entrance. You may keep an assistance dog in a property with a shared entrance if you have our written permission.

    Moving with ease

    We know that moving home can be stressful, which is why our specialist relocation team is on hand to provide advice to help make your move as smooth as possible. Before you move into your new home, the team will carry out stringent checks of your apartment to ensure that it meets the high standards that we expect every one of our properties to adhere to. Fully decorated and thoroughly cleaned throughout, you can relax in the knowledge that you will be able to enjoy a stress free move.

    We have produced a bespoke information guide about your development and additional services available to help you live your life the way you want to live it.

    24-hour response

    Ostara is our telecare and 24 hour response service. As part of your service charge Ostara will provide you with a round-the-clock emergency call response and monitoring service, giving you peace of mind, independence and a feeling of confidence in your own home.

    We understand the importance of investing in not only our developments but also our staff and procedures. All of our developments have a dedicated maintenance team who ensure that the building and grounds are maintained to the highest of standards. All of our apartments/bungalows are thoroughly cleaned and decorated throughout prior to any new resident moving in.

    Our staff are passionate about what they do and are committed to delivering the highest of standards. All of our staff have received the highest quality of training, and we ensure that they are fully up to date with any policy changes and trends in the sector.

    We promise

    We run a wide range of recreational activities for our residents both in and out of the development. Most of our developments have 24 hour WiFi access, which means you can stay in contact with friends and family both home and abroad.
